Aamby Valley auction: SC to hear Sahara-SEBI case today 


The Supreme Court on Thursday will hear the Sahara-SEBI case.
In October, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) moved the best court,

Looking for disdain procedures against the Sahara Group for supposedly deterring the way toward unloading its Aamby Valley property in Pune, started on court's course.

The SEBI said the issue before a seat headed by Justice Ranjan Gogoi for dire hearing.

Saying the closeout procedure was to begin from Tuesday yet Sahara Group has been "impeding" it by supposedly suspending everyday business exercises in the undertaking.

It guaranteed that suspension of business exercises would make a peace issue in the range and cause troubles in doing the bartering procedure.
