HDFC Standard Life to make stock market debut today | Business Standard News


HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company, which has as of late closed its Rs 8,695-crore first sale of stock, will make a presentation on stock trades today.

The offers will be recorded on the BSE and the NSE, the organization said.
The IPO, which was open for membership on November 7-9, was subscribed 4.89 times at a value band of Rs 275-290 for each offer.

The general population issue involved offer of 1,91,246,050 offers, adding up to 9.55 for each penny stake, by HDFC and up to 1,08,581,768 offers, or 5.42 for every penny holding, by Standard Life Mauritius.

Prior, HDFC Standard Life Insurance had raised Rs 2,322 crore from grapple financial specialists.

Morgan Stanley India Company, HDFC Bank, Credit Suisse Securities (India), CLSA India and Nomura Financial Advisory and Securities (India) were the worldwide organizers and book running lead directors to the offer.
