Shia Waqf Board proposes Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, masjid in Lucknow
The
Uttar Pradesh Shia Central
Waqf Board has submitted under the watchful eye of the Supreme Court a
proposition for settlement of the decades-old disagreement about the Ram
Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid site, saying a sanctuary can be worked in Ayodhya and
the mosque could be brought up in Lucknow.
The
board has told the best court that tranquil settlement between the gatherings
was in "national intrigue" and would achieve amicability amongst
Hindus and Muslims in the nation.
In
an application looking to document settlement proposition, the board has
guaranteed that they being the legitimate proprietor of the questioned property
were prepared to surrender "every one of the rights" over the land to
make ready for development of Ram Mandir.
The
board likewise said that to end the question, the state government should
likewise participate and designate one section of land of land to the Shia
people group to develop another Masjid outside Ayodhya, in Lucknow.
