Budget 2018: Govt may raise health spending by 11%, less than requested
India is ready to raise its general
wellbeing spending by 11 for every penny in the yearly spending plan one month

Nadda looked for an "absolute
minimum" spending plan of about $10 billion for 2018-19, which is 33 for
