RBI says not connected with study on Aadhaar security aspects
The Reserve Bank of
India on Thursday said neither it nor its specialist were any route associated
with an examination on security parts of Aadhaar by one S Ananth.
According to media
reports, a staff paper distributed by the Institute for Development and
Research in Banking Technology has hailed wellbeing issues identified with the
one of a kind personality number.
In an announcement,
the RBI
said it has gone over reports in a segment of media
ascribing a "concentrate on security parts of Aadhaar by one Shri S
Ananth", a subordinate personnel of Institute for Development and Research
in Banking Technology (IDRBT), to RBI scientists.
"It is cleared
up that neither the RBI nor its specialists were in any capacity associated
with the examination.
Further, sees
communicated by the creator are not those of the RBI," the national bank
said.
Independently,
IDRBT in an announcement said that perspectives communicated in the
investigation "have been wrongly" credited to RBI analysts in certain
area of media.
Further, it said
the perspectives communicated in the examination are "those of the creator
alone" and don't speak to the perspectives of IDRBT or RBI.
It additionally
included that Anant isn't a general workforce of the organization.
