The Mumbai Police have recouped a top of the line auto of denounced Abhijeet Mankar from the Juhu living arrangement of Kariya (42) and lifted him up for addressing.
Amid the cross examination, the hotelier uncovered that he shielded the trio - Kripesh Sanghvi, Jigar Sanghvi and Mankar- - at his living arrangement.
A case under Section 216 of Indian Penal Code has been stopped against Kariya. He will be delivered under the watchful eye of the Bhoiwada Court on Wednesday.
Family and companions of Kariya assembled outside the N M Joshi Marg police headquarters.

Police have reported a reward of Rs 1 lakh for whereabouts about the blamed.
Other than the 14 passings, 12 others endured basic wounds in the monstrous fire that broke out at the Kamla Mills compound in the Lower Parel area of Mumbai in the small hours of December 29.

The government is likely to relax the eligibility criteria for Air India disinvestment by allowing airlines with negative net worth to bid. However, non-airline companies may be told to satisfy minimum net worth conditions to prove their financial strength. The evaluation committee of Air India, after discussions with the Ministry of Civil Aviation, had suggested that all bidders be mandated to fulfil a minimum net worth criterion, a source said.
